Refunds & Returns
1. Scope and Purpose
This Policy applies to all purchases made via https://peptide.cventix.net. Products are supplied strictly as research-use-only chemical materials and are not intended for human or animal use. Due to the sensitivity, compliance requirements, and nature of these materials, strict conditions apply to returns, refunds, and cancellations.
2. All Sales Are Final — No Standard Returns
All sales are final. We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for reasons including (without limitation): change of mind; incorrect ordering; lack of research experience; inability to import or use due to local regulation; unwanted or unused products.
This is necessary because these materials require controlled laboratory custody; once dispatched, products can no longer be certified to original sterility and purity standards and cannot lawfully or safely be reintroduced into inventory.
3. Customs and Import Responsibility
The Customer is solely responsible for ensuring the products are lawful to import, possess, and use in their jurisdiction.
No Refunds for Customs Seizure: If a shipment is delayed, inspected, seized, denied entry, destroyed, or returned by customs or any regulatory authority due to local restrictions, missing permits, prohibited classifications, non-compliant end-use declarations, or any unlawful purchase, no refund or replacement will be issued. The Company cannot intervene in customs decisions and bears no obligation to appeal, dispute, or reship.
4. Shipment Issues (Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items)
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with missing components, you must notify us within five (5) business days of delivery at support@peptide.cventix.net.
- Your email must include: (i) order number; (ii) photographs of packaging, labels, and items; (iii) a description of the issue.
- If validated, the Company will, at its sole discretion, either (a) reship the affected product(s) or (b) refund the affected portion of the order. This is the sole remedy.
5. Order Cancellation
Due to the automated speed of our inventory and fulfillment systems, orders are immediately locked for processing upon payment. As a result, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded after submission under any circumstances, irrespective of shipping or tracking status.
6. 60-Day Money Back Purity Guarantee
This guarantee applies only to stated purity specifications. We warrant each batch meets its listed ≥99% HPLC purity.
If you believe a product does not meet the stated purity, submit the following within 60 days of delivery to support@peptide.cventix.net:
- A third-party ISO/GLP-accredited laboratory HPLC purity test report;
- A photograph of the tested vial showing the exact batch/lot number;
- Your order receipt;
- A brief explanation of the purity discrepancy.
If verified, the Company will issue a full refund for the tested item(s).
Exclusions: The guarantee does not apply where (i) storage conditions were not maintained; (ii) batch label is altered, missing, or illegible; (iii) the vial was opened in a non-controlled environment; (iv) the product was reconstituted before analysis; (v) testing was not performed by an ISO/GLP-accredited laboratory. The Company may request additional validation.
7. Limitation of Remedies
The remedies described in this Policy are the exclusive remedies available to the Customer. No additional compensation, reimbursement, or liability shall be offered beyond what is expressly stated.
